How to prepare for assembly?
How to prepare the installation site:
- Prepare keys and access to the building:If the installation is in a new building or gated facility, please make sure the installer has access to keys or alarm codes for trouble-free access.
Access to the installation site: Please ensure easy access to the site where the installation will take place. This is important so that the team can complete their work efficiently and without hindrance.
Space for equipment: Make sure enough space is available at the installation site so that equipment, such as a crane, can easily drive up and operate. This is especially important when installing large windows or working on higher floors.
Parking space: The installation team may need space to park a larger vehicle. Please provide parking space close to the installation site to facilitate the delivery of materials and tools.
Alarm system and padlocks: If there is a padlock or alarm system on site that the installer should know about, please inform us in advance to avoid problems during installation.
- Coordination with other teams:If there are other teams working on the site (electricians, plumbers, etc.), it is worth coordinating the work to avoid clashes of activities. Installation of windows or doors should be scheduled at such a time that it does not interfere with other tasks on the site.
How to prepare for installation?
Contact the assembler: The assembler will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at the site to confirm his presence. In addition, you will be informed one hour before the completion of the work so that you can prepare for collection.
Contact person during installation: If you will not be present during the installation, please designate a person who will be responsible for contacting the installation team on site.
- Acceptance of the work and protocol: Upon completion of the work, please collect the completed installation and sign the acceptance protocol. Signing this document will formally confirm that the installation has been properly completed and the products have been handed over.
New building
When it comes to installation in a newly constructed building, it is important to ensure that the site can be accessed, for example, by paving the area. On the day of assembly, if the building is two-story, internal stairs should already be installed to allow for safe carrying of assembly materials. In addition, the building must have access to electricity and water.
Existing building
In the case of replacement of woodwork in an inhabited building, it is necessary to protect furniture and floors. On the day of assembly, please indicate to the assembly team where they can store the dismantling waste. Our subcontractors will clean up the work site by removing waste.
